Apparently, Michael Kamrava had implanted too many embryos into a female patient, which put her safety at risk and took the life of one of her babies. Kamrava has other accusations against him as well, and the Medical Board of California will discuss these claims at his hearing on October 18th.

Five veterans are currently suing the Department of Veterans Affairs and its co-partner, the University of Pennsylvania, for incorrect dosing of medical radiation. In a new treatment called Brachytherapy, the men were treated for prostate cancer, but doctors failed to administer the radiation properly.
