Fatal Injuries – Motivational Speaker James Arthur Ray Arrested for Manslaughter

Motivational Speaker James Arthur Ray was recently arrested for manslaughter when several participants in his retreat at Angel Valley Retreat Center began to feel sick and nauseous, and eventually died. Both Ray and the retreat center are being blamed for these 2 deaths and 18 other hospitalizations, but first the plaintiffs will have to prove that Ray owed them a duty, that he broke that duty, and that his negligence led to the injuries of those attending the retreat. Safety Recall To Remedy Potentially Catastrophic Vehicle Accidents

Toyota has discovered a flaw in 4.2 million of its vehicles that now have to be recalled for safety measures. Designers at Toyota thought at first that the gas pedal of some trucks and cars were becoming caught on the drivers’ foot mats, but they have now declared that the pedals had been getting stuck in accelerated positions due to friction problems and/or water condensation. This is a huge safety issue that must be fixed immediately, and we can only hope that Toyota figures out for certain how these products originally became defective.
